*Only applies to customers who have purchased the Adventure Marine 10 Year Warranty*
Adventure Marine warrants to anyone who has registered their product with the “10-year unlimited warranty” the right to return their registered product for any reason including but not limited to damages incurred by operator error, product abuse or defective workmanship. Any registered product returned will be repaired or replaced free of charge including all shipping cost incurred.
All implied warranties, including merchantability, are also limited in duration to a ten-year period from original purchase date. Adventure Marine shall not be liable for loss of use of any of its consumer products. Nor shall Adventure Marine be liable for other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurring by the original consumer purchaser or by any other person, firm or corporation.
Some provinces and states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may or may not apply to you. Some provinces and states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
During the warranty period, your Adventure product will either be repaired or it will be replaced with a like product (at Adventure Marine option) without charge to the original consumer purchaser when returned prepaid and insured, with proof or registration to Adventure Marine at its address below. In the event of replacement, the replacement product will continue the warranty of the original product, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
IMPORTANT: For this warranty to be effective, Customer must have purchased the 10-year warranty and registered their product with Adventure Marine (paperwork included with your purchase) This warranty only applies to products purchased after May 01/2017. All products purchased before this date will fall under the one-year limited warranty.
Adventure Marine does not authorize any other person or company to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with any of its products.
All transactions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Adventure Marine warrants to the original purchaser that Adventure consumer products will be free from defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of 1 (one) year from the original purchase date.

Nor shall Adventure Marine be liable for other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurring by the original consumer purchaser or by any other person, firm or corporation.

This warranty is void if the consumer product warranted has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect improper service or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

IMPORTANT: For this warranty to be effective, Customer must have proof of purchase from Adventure Marine. A copy of your paid invoice must be submitted for the warranty to be effective.
